Special Order Items
| |
Special Order merchandise refers to items that we stock in limited quantities and/or sizes. Special Order items can be ordered just for you, directly from the manufacturer, in the size and color you need. Items which can be Special Ordered are marked as such. In-stock sizes/colors will ship as outlined in Shipping Services. Special Order sizes/colors will ship as outlined below.
These items are subject to the same Guarantee and Return Policy as our regularly stocked items with one exception. Special Order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not purchasing a replacement item (i.e., different size or color is desired). Special Order items are shipped to The Rosey Bear Boutique and NEVER "drop shipped" to our customers. Once received, we inspect the order for accuracy and quality and then ship it to you.

Special Order Cancellations

Special Order merchandise is ordered directly from the manufacturer at the customer's request. The Rosey Bear Boutique will contact you before we order from the manufacturer to discuss your event date and our estimates for your receipt of the item(s). Once confirming that these estimates will meet your needs, we will place the order. Therefore, Special Order cancellations requested after the merchandise has been ordered from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Order Shipping Times

Special Order shipping times are dependent on the length of time the item takes to arrive to us from the manufacturer. Please refer to the item you are ordering for the individual shipping estimate for that item. You will be notified immediately if there is any change to planned shipping time frames. Please notify us if your order is required for a specific date. We will make every effort to meet that date and let you know UP FRONT if we think there may be an issue. We take your special event seriously, therefore we won't make you a promise we don't think we can keep. Honesty is our best policy.
Orders containing Special Order merchandise will ship when all items become available for shipment. You may request that your order be split into multiple shipments, however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Special Order Holds

In some cases, special order merchandise cannot be shipped immediately when it arrives to us. This may be due to a payment issue or the shipping method must be changed to meet the customer requested date. In these cases, The Rosey Bear Boutique will put your special order on hold, notify you IMMEDIATELY and we will await your response before shipping the merchandise. We want you to receive your merchandise as soon as is reasonably possible and will make every effort to achieve this. However, special order merchandise will only be held for 3 business days after we notify the customer that we are holding the order. If we do not hear back from the customer who originally ordered the merchandise within this time frame, the merchandise will be made available for purchase to any customer. We do not guarantee that it will still be available should you contact us later than 3 business days following our initial notice to you. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of our first notice to you, we will assume you intend to cancel your special order and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Special Order Payment

Orders for Special Order merchandise can be placed in the same way that orders for any other merchandise can be placed, either online through our secure server or by telephone. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment.
Special Note to Our PayPal Customers: We have no control over when you are charged if paying via PayPal. Therefore, we cannot delay the charge on your Special Order if you choose to pay via PayPal. If you would prefer to be charged when your item ships, you must pay via credit card through our website or by telephone. See Payment Options for more details on these options.

Special Order Item Availability
| |
Special Order merchandise is subject to availability from the manufacturer. You MUST provide a valid phone number and valid e-mail address when placing an order. This is to ensure that we are able to contact you regarding your order. You will be contacted shortly (within 24 hours) after placing an order for Special Order merchandise to confirm your order and date needed. Orders WILL NOT be placed with the manufacturer until we are able to contact you by phone. If we are unable to contact you due to invalid information supplied, your order will be subject to cancellation at our discretion. Once confirmed, we will verify availability with the manufacturer and place your order.

Special Order Minimums
| |
Special Orders are subject to a minimum purchase of $40 in Special Order merchandise. While Special Order and in-stock merchandise may be combined on the same order, regular in-stock merchandise does not count toward this $40 minimum.
