certificates for use in our online store. Electronic gift
certificates require that you provide an e-mail address for us to send the gift

How do I find out about new merchandise, special promotions and

Boutique offers a newsletter to inform our customers of new merchandise, special
promotions and sales. You will have the ability, at any time, to
unsubscribe from this service. To join our newsletter, you must create an
account first, where you will be given the option to receive our
newsletter.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? |

The Rosey Bear Boutique is required by law to charge sales
or use tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. We
currently operate out of New York State. The actual tax rate applied
to your purchase is based on the destination of the order. Therefore, if your order will be shipped to an address in New York State, you will be charged the applicable NYS tax at the time of your purchase. NOTE: During periods when NYS does not charge sales tax on clothing purchases, commonly known as "tax free weeks", we will not charge NYS sales tax on qualifying purchases. The rules for determining if a purchase is exempt from taxation are determined by the state of New York.

How quickly will my order be processed? |

In-stock merchandise ships no later than 3 business days after receipt of your approved payment. If there is any issue with the payment information provided, we will need to contact you and this may delay your shipment. If your order contains pre-order, special order or otherwise out of stock merchandise, we will contact you ASAP regarding shipment options. Please see our section

This will depend on many factors. Please contact
us prior to placing an order if you require shipment to a non-US
address.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us
using our contact form within 2 hours of placing your order. Please include a phone number where you can be reached. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are able to intercept your order and have questions regarding your request, your order will be held until we can reach you for clarification. We will notify you ASAP to let you know if we are able to complete your change or cancellation request. Any order change request may delay the shipping of your order. Once
your order has been entered into our shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Special Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee if canceled after the merchandise is ordered from the manufacturer. Please see our " Special Orders" section for further details on Special Orders.
