Tea Length Half Full Bouffant Petticoat in White (Crinoline, Pettiskirt)

T-length half full bouffant petticoat (crinoline, pettiskirt) in white. Single layer composed of 3 tiers of near equal width for graduated fullness from waist to hem. Elastic waist. Hem is finished with ½" lace trim. With lace, the layers are drawn downward more and have that extra touch of fancy. Perfect for dresses with which the hem may show. This is the same as the half full petticoat (shown here) but is 2 inches longer. Also available in Pink, Red and Black as well as Regular Length. 100% Nylon. This item is Made in U.S.A.
