Infant High Rise Semi Bouffant Petticoat

Knee length. Semi bouffant petticoat has a single soft layer of fullness. Full bouffant petticoat has 2 soft layers of fullness. Each layer is composed of 3 tiers of near equal width for graduated fullness from waist to hem. Bodice is tank top style with wide shoulder straps and round neckline. Neckline and arm holes are trimmed with ¼" delicate, scalloped lace. Embroidered flower applique accents the center of the neckline. Hi-rise waist has gentle gathers for a fuller skirt. Hem of skirt has no lace. Without lace, the layers are lighter weight and extend outward a little more. 100% Nylon. This item is Made in U.S.A.
