This dress is completely handmade in England!   Short sleeved empire waist dress is embroidered white linen.   Round neckline and scalloped yoke overlay.   Handkerchief style hem is scalloped and embroidered.   Bottom of skirt is embroidered to match yoke.   White satin ribbon ties in back.   Longer style with fuller skirt for a beautiful flowing look.   Hair accessory not included.
