Our Guarantee

To ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality merchandise, every item is hand inspected when it arrives in our shop and again before we ship it to you, just in case. Items are always packed securely in a box to ensure that garments arrive to you in the best possible condition.

Though we take exceptional care in our storing, handling and packaging, some wrinkling and / or creasing can be expected. If you do not plan to launder a garment before first wear, we recommend "freshening up" your garment by ironing or steaming so that it will look its best for your special event.

Fabrics, trims, yarns and embellishments can contain variations, especially natural fibers such as silks, organic cottons and fabrics subject to special processes such as yarn dyeing. Slight differences are expected and unavoidable with natural fibers and certain manufacturing processes. These variations are not defects and are not an indication of poor garment quality.

Colors may vary between dye lots. If multiple garments of the same style and color are ordered, we will notify the customer before shipping if we cannot fill the order with color matched pieces. We strive to provide photographs which accurately represent the colors and features of our merchandise, however computer representations vary based on monitors and resolution.

Shipment Errors

Should there be an error in what is shipped to you, we will glady send out the correct merchandise immediately. We will include a return shipping label for the return of the incorrect merchandise to us. Incorrect merchandise returns are subject to the terms outlined in 'Condition of Returned Merchandise' below and must be postmarked no later than 5 days of receipt of the return shipping label. The customer will be billed for any items not returned as requested.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery on an order cannot be completed through no fault of The Rosey Bear Boutique and is ultimately returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. This includes refused shipments, shipments not signed for, shipments not picked up at the carrier facility or shipments returned to The Rosey Bear Boutique by the carrier. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The Rosey Bear Boutique will not be responsible for orders that are shipped as requested by the customer, but are returned to us for any reason without an RA.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise MUST NOT be washed, worn, soiled, damaged or otherwise reduced in value. Items must be odor free with tags intact. Items must be returned complete with all of the original product pieces and packaging. Items must be on the original hanger, in the protective plastic bag in which they were received. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Items returned to us in this condition will not be returned to sender. You should retain your invoice and anything attached to it as these are intended for you and your child(ren). Items must be returned in the original shipping box unless the box is a carrier supplied single use box. In this case, the customer is responsible for returning items in a suitable box to ensure that the returned items arrive to us undamaged.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Socks, tights and hosiery of any kind are not returnable.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of online purchasing and the potential for merchandise to sell out quickly, we do not offer "exchanges" in the traditional sense. You may, however, return the item that you are not satisfied with per our Returns policy below. If there is another size, color and/or style you would prefer, you may place a new order separately at any time. This will minimize the chance of the item you want being unavailable and ensure that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Packing Your Return

Items must be returned in the original shipping box unless the box is a carrier supplied single use box. In this case, the customer is responsible for returning items in a suitable box to ensure that the returned items arrive to us undamaged.

Return Process

Although we do not expect our customers to ever receive defective merchandise, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Before returning any merchandise, please use our contact form on our web site or call us at 1-87-Rosey-Bear to request return authorization. Please provide your original order number.

An RA# will be issued and sent via e-mail to the customer. Returns received without prior return authorization will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or refused entirely, at the sole discretion of The Rosey Bear Boutique.

Merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. The maximum refund amount will be no more than the purchase price of the returned product and any applicable taxes paid. We will not refund the original shipping and handling charges on the order nor will we reimburse for return shipping of the product to us. If the original order included free or discounted shipping, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the actual shipping charges.

Special Note Regarding Customer Requested Expedited Shipping
The Rosey Bear Boutique will not refund expedited shipping charges paid to the manufacturer to ship special order merchandise to us at the customer's request. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer, even if the merchandise is returned or the order is canceled.

Return authorizations must be requested within 5 days of the date you receive your order. Return authorizations requested more than 5 days after receipt of goods (based on carrier delivery records) will result in a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of the issuance of an RA#. Returns postmarked later than 5 business days from date of issue of the RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns postmarked later than 30 days after date of purchase will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Customers should use a mail service with proof of delivery (i.e., USPS Delivery Confirmation). We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Please ensure that proper postage is paid when shipping your return to us. Should a return shipment arrive to us requiring additional postage or other charges from the carrier, these will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of product in the condition and packaging as stated in 'Condition of Returned Merchandise' above. Items not received in the required condition and packaging may result in a reduced refund, as appropriate, at the discretion of The Rosey Bear Boutique. Customers will be notified that a returned shipment has been received and the total refund amount.
