How do I purchase Gift Certificates? |

The Rosey Bear Boutique Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using our standard payment methods. When adding a Gift Certificate to your shopping cart, you will be required to select a value (in US dollars).The Rosey Bear Boutique offers a range of preset values from $15 to $200, but if you need a value that is not listed, please use our contact form on this site to request assistance. You may also select more than one Gift Certificate to reach the total value that you wish to purchase. Please indicate in the comments section of the checkout process if you wish to have multiple Gift Certificate purchases combined into a single Gift Certificate.

How will the Gift Certificate I purchase be delivered? |

When adding the Gift Certificate to your shopping cart, you will be required to specify the delivery method. The options are E-mail or First Class Mail delivery.If you have selected the E-mail delivery method, The Rosey Bear Boutique will send your Gift Certificate electronically to the e-mail address you specified in your account profile. If you wish to have it sent to a different e-mail address, please indicate the recipient's e-mail address in the comments section of the checkout process. The electronic Gift Certificate will be e-mailed to the recipient directly from The Rosey Bear Boutique. If you have selected First Class Mail as the delivery method, you will be required to enter a US shipping address during the checkout process and The Rosey Bear Boutique will mail a paper Gift Certificate to this address via the United States Postal Service (USPS). There is no charge for either delivery method for Gift Certificates.

Do I have to pay sales tax on a Gift Certificate that I purchase? |

The Rosey Bear Boutique does not charge sales tax on Gift Certificate purchases. When the Gift Certificate is redeemed, any applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be applied to the purchase and the Gift Certificate will be credited against the total amount for that order.

What information will be provided on the Gift Certificate? |

All Gift Certificates will contain the date of issue, value, redemption code, expiration information and the web address for The Rosey Bear Boutique where the recipient can redeem the Gift Certificate. For electronic Gift Certificates, simply forward the e-mail to the recipient or print out the e-mail for them. For paper Gift Certificates, fill in the "A Gift For:" and "From:" blanks and it's ready to present.If you have chosen to have The Rosey Bear Boutique send the Gift Certificate directly to the recipient on your behalf, you must specify the name of the recipient, your name as you would like it to appear on the Gift Certificate, the recipient's e-mail or US mailing address and a short gift message (if desired) in the comments section of the checkout process. The Rosey Bear Boutique will include this information in the e-mail or on the paper Gift Certificate.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate? |

To redeem a Gift Certificate you have received, visit The Rosey Bear Boutique and fill your shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase. Enter the redemption code during the checkout process and the value of the Gift Certificate will be deducted from your total. If the total is greater than the value of the Gift Certificate, a method of payment must be provided to cover the remaining amount due for the order. If the total is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, the balance will be put in the account of the customer redeeming the Gift Certificate. It will then be available in our system for future purchases by that customer. Once the balance on a Gift Certificate reaches zero ($0) it will automatically expire.

What if my Gift Certificate is lost or stolen? |

The Rosey Bear Boutique stores all pertinent information about Gift Certificate purchases, redemptions and expirations. The purchaser may contact us using our contact form on this site and provide all the details of the purchase. The purchaser will be contacted by The Rosey Bear Boutique and will be required to provide certain information to confirm their identity and proof of purchase. The Rosey Bear Boutique will attempt to determine the status of the Gift Certificate based on the information provided. It is advisable to retain your receipt to facilitate the tracking of the Gift Certificate. If The Rosey Bear Boutique can determine the validity of information provided and that the Gift Certificate is not yet expired, we can arrange some alternate redemption options. The Rosey Bear Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates that have been redeemed by unauthorized third parties. Your Gift Certificate is as vulnerable as cash. Please keep it in a safe place until you are ready to redeem it.
