Knee length, ivory full bouffant petticoat (crinoline, pettiskirt). Tank style petticoat has an outer dress layer and skirt lining made of soft, cotton blend. Tulle crinoline layer in skirt is between the lining and outer skirt for maximum comfort. Can be worn alone or layered for that extra wow! 3 button closure up the back.
