Full Bouffant Petticoat - Knee Length

Knee length. Full bouffant petticoat has 2 soft layers of fullness. Each layer is composed of 3 tiers with the bottom two tiers being more narrow and fuller than the first, concentrating the fullness at the hem. Bodice has elastic under the arms and midway down the ribcage for a perfect fit with 3/8 inch satin adjustable straps.Top edge is finished with ¼" delicate scalloped lace. Double row of ¼" lace runs down the center of bodice. Natural waist has gentle gathers for a fuller skirt. Hem of skirt has no lace.
