Ankle length. Half full bouffant petticoat has 2 soft layers of fullness. Each layer is composed of 3 tiers with the bottom two tiers being more narrow and fuller than the first, concentrating the fullness at the hem. Hem has no lace. Without lace, the layers are lighter weight and extend outward a little more.
